La presentaci\u00f3n del libro cont\u00f3 con la presencia de importantes actores del sector jur\u00eddico, empresarial, acad\u00e9mico, entre otros y que fue realizado el pasado jueves 13 de noviembre.<\/p>\n<p>En esta nueva publicaci\u00f3n, editada por Tirant Lo Blanch, Miguel P\u00e9rez Garc\u00eda ofrece un an\u00e1lisis t\u00e9cnico y riguroso sobre las figuras de la tercerizaci\u00f3n y la intermediaci\u00f3n laboral, su evoluci\u00f3n normativa, los retos actuales para las organizaciones y los desaf\u00edos de pol\u00edtica p\u00fablica en materia de empleo y formalizaci\u00f3n. El autor profundiza en la importancia de contar con marcos claros y buenas pr\u00e1cticas que garanticen equilibrio entre flexibilidad empresarial y protecci\u00f3n de los trabajadores.<\/p>\n<p>Durante el lanzamiento, P\u00e9rez Garc\u00eda comparti\u00f3 los principales enfoques del libro y destac\u00f3 la relevancia de comprender estas figuras en un momento de debate nacional sobre la modernizaci\u00f3n del mercado laboral.
