Adem\u00e1s, establece un panorama muy claro sobre los grandes desaf\u00edos que enfrentar\u00e1 la generaci\u00f3n de empleo durante el pr\u00f3ximo a\u00f1o.<\/p>\n<p>Las cifras del reporte confirman que este modelo de contrataci\u00f3n es un pilar indispensable para la econom\u00eda. El sector de servicios temporales registr\u00f3 un promedio anual de\u00a0<strong>489.015 trabajadores en misi\u00f3n.<\/strong>\u00a0Esta cifra representa cerca del 5% del empleo formal dependiente existente a nivel nacional.<\/p>\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Aportes millonarios e impulso a la econom\u00eda<\/h3>\n<p>Durante el 2025, las Empresas de Servicios Temporales generaron m\u00e1s de\u00a0<strong>$16,1 billones destinados exclusivamente a salarios y auxilios de transporte<\/strong>. Estas cifras reflejan el aporte directo del empleo formal flexible al sistema de protecci\u00f3n social, la formalizaci\u00f3n de muchos trabajadores y la sostenibilidad econ\u00f3mica del pa\u00eds.<\/p>\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Inclusi\u00f3n laboral y principales sectores productivos<\/h4>\n<p>El informe resalta grandes avances. La industria manufacturera lider\u00f3 la alta demanda con\u00a0<strong>32,1%<\/strong>, seguida estrechamente por el comercio y reparaci\u00f3n de veh\u00edculos con\u00a0<strong>27%<\/strong>. El transporte y almacenamiento alcanz\u00f3 un\u00a0<strong>11,9%<\/strong>, la construcci\u00f3n el\u00a0<strong>9%<\/strong>, y el alojamiento y servicios de comida el\u00a0<strong>7%<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Geogr\u00e1ficamente, Bogot\u00e1, Atl\u00e1ntico y Antioquia encabezaron la generaci\u00f3n laboral, seguidos por Valle del Cauca y Cundinamarca.
